Multiple Round Table Discussion Groups Concentrating on Effective Sales Techniques

Suggested Sub-topics: Knowing how to read your customer within the first 5 minutes of your appointment, Knowing when & when not to push, Knowing your customer budget, Building a solid relationship with your customer, Dealing with hostile customers, When to FIRE your client, One-visit close, Effective upselling, Cold calling,  Proven closing tactics,  Know how your competitors close their deals. 


Each round table group will offer suggestions to discuss sub-topics within the main theme of closet sales. The group decides which sub-topics get discussed first and proceed to brainstorm those aspects, moving to the next, etc. The Facilitator keeps things moving and private side conversations are discouraged to keep the group on track. Highlights will be recorded and after the Summit, outlines from all groups will be compiled and published on the CIA website.
