About the Instructor:
Jeff Ratkus serves as Häfele’s Lighting group Engineer for product development. He has over 15 years of experience within the lighting team and more than 25 years with Häfele overall.
Tony Cordova serves as Sales Account Manager for Häfele’s Closet & Home Organization vertical. He joined Häfele in 2017 after nearly a decade in the cabinet industry as a maker, draftsman, installer, and designer. His practical industry experience and customer-focused approach give him a unique perspective as both a former Häfele customer and now an employee.
